Walking the Labyrinth with Soul Collage in conjunction is a perfect complementary process. This process first centers and grounds us with the labyrinth walk before we start looking at images and creating our soul collage cards that will allow us to choose from a deeper more intuitive, gentle, and supportive place. This joint process can support our journey of self-discovery by giving us a way to integrate thoughts and feelings which come up as we walk and journal our experience on the labyrinth and then as we select images to create our own soul collage cards.
