Tom Schneider has been a music educator and performer for over 50 years, teaching college courses on American Popular Music, History of Rock & Roll, and the Origins of the Blues, as well as instructing all levels of guitar and keyboard students in group and private lessons. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and received his PhD. in American Music Studies
from the University of Memphis. Tom has recently published two pop and rock theory textbooks for secondary and higher education, available online through his educational website at learnpoptheory.com.
