Description: This nutrition lecture highlights how to improve overall health (physical, mental, and emotional) and help prevent nutrition-related diseases through nutrition and other lifestyle factors. Attendees will learn about important nutrients, how to build balanced meals, shopping on a budget, how to get children involved, gut health, and managing stress and sleep.
Bio:
Mollie Bartles is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a passion for promoting lifelong health through sustainable nutrition. She earned two master’s degrees in nutrition from the University of New England with a focus on disease prevention and dietetics. Mollie currently operates a virtual private practice, where she empowers clients to improve their relationship with food, optimize nutrition for performance, and discover sustainable eating habits that support long-term health. In addition to her private practice, Mollie serves as the dietitian for the athletic department at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, where she provides nutrition guidance to student-athletes.
Understanding that each body is unique, Mollie is committed to meeting clients where they are in their nutrition journey and helping them navigate the challenges of adopting a healthier lifestyle. She works with clients to break down barriers that might be affecting their health and assists them in creating a more balanced, fulfilling life through nutrition and other lifestyle changes. She prides herself in making nutrition and wellness practices accessible and achievable for everyone at any age.
