By looking at the concept of inner work and with the use of quotes, insights, and discussion, we will look at ways and ideas that encourage us to deepen in our journey towards wholeness, joy, and inner contentment.

The goal is to come to love ourselves and others more fully and deeply. Handouts and a reading list will be provided.
