Event Series Event Series: High Intensity Interval Training

This fitness class will be 45 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT). It will involve functional movements performed at a faster pace (like a crossfit workout). All classes will be a hybrid workout focused on cardio, strength, and core work. If you’re wanting to burn some calories with others and get a good workout in during your time at Silver Bay, then Y45 is a great class for you.
