Simple Steps Toward Conflict Mediation

All of us get in disagreements, at work or at home or in community organizations.  Here are some basic steps, drawn from conflict transformation practices, to cool down a hot situation and seek a workable solution.

Rev. Barbara Lemmel is an ordained United Methodist Pastor, currently serving Harvard-Epworth United Methodist Church in Cambridge MA.  She also works as a trained Spiritual Director and PCC-certified Leadership Coach.  She is Coordinator of the New England Parish Consultants.
