About Laura Nagy:Â
Laura Nagy, MS RD LDN CPT is a Ministry Associate with ServingLeaders where she serves as a counselor, educator, and cohost of the ServingLeaders’ Podcast. She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University and Bowling Green State University, respectively. She is also a nationally certified personal trainer and regularly trains clients in functional fitness. She has worked in corporate and private wellness settings as a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer, conducting individual and group nutrition coaching, fitness training, and lifestyle behavior change coaching.
Laura has a deep passion for helping her clients and considers it a privilege to partner with them to achieve their goals and achieve the whole-person well-being they long for.
