Silver Bay has plenty of stunning locations and as a corporate group, we are proud to offer complimentary rental of any meeting space! Our historic 700-seat Auditorium was built in 1909, and is a great choice for keynote speakers and performances. Don’t forget to check out our Luther D. Wishard Conference room in the brand new William Boyd Center; amenities include seating for up to 300 people, state-ofthe-art technology, a lovely gas fireplace, and air conditioning. There are an additional 4 large meeting spaces from which to choose, and 7 smaller breakout spaces like our incredibly popular Boathouse that sits right over the lake!
Food & Alcohol
When it’s time to fuel up and you want to treat your organization, consider a catered function. Our Executive Chef put his years of training and experience into creating curated menus for Silver Bay’s most special dining experiences. Whether you enjoy a country style barbecue, a southern clam bake, or a more upscale Adirondack inspired dinner, Silver Bay has a menu for every palate and price point!
Set Up Equipment & A/V Needs
Silver Bay has our own dedicated Conference Set Up staff that will take care of setting up your space prior to arrival—from tables, chairs, and easels (oh my!) to sound systems, projectors, choral risers, and yoga mats—we are prepared to make it happen!
Overnight Accommodations
Don’t limit your workshops and seminars just because the day is over. Stay overnight with us and keep the experience going! Our per-person-per-night rates are all-inclusive and feature seasonal campus activities such as: Archery, Basketball, Canoes, Family Programs, Fitness Classes, Hiking Trails, Kayaks, Shuffleboard, Tennis, and more. Overnight rates also include buffet meals in our brand new William Boyd Center starting with dinner on the night of arrival and concluding with breakfast on the day of departure. We have everything from economic dormitory style and deluxe hotel style rooms to houses and cottages.
Enhance Your Experience
Being in charge of planning all of the workshops and activities for a group of people can be exhausting. Let us take some of the work off your plate! Our innovative Program Department has developed various team building workshops (Personality Styles, Communication, Problem Solving, etc.) and activities (Low Ropes Course, Guided Hikes, Climbing Wall, Boat Tours, Campfires, Trivia Night, Silver Bay Escape Room and more) that we are happy to facilitate for you; so pencil us in and let us do the heavy lifting!
