Silver Bay YMCA created the Silver Bay Games for its annual Giving Tuesday campaign. Silver Bay employees are given the opportunity to sign up to compete in the games and will be randomly assigned to two teams: Inspiration Point and Sunrise Mountain. The teams will compete in a series of games that will test their knowledge of Silver Bay, teamwork skills, and agility. Teams will be assigned points for winning games, sportsmanship, creativity/innovation, teamwork, and team spirit shown throughout the games. Teams also have the ability to earn a point for every dollar donated to their team.

The Silver Bay Games were created for the 2023 Giving Tuesday campaign. Silver Bay employees were given the opportunity to sign up to participate and randomly assigned to one of two teams: Slim Point or Van Buren Bay.

The teams competed in six games consisting of physical and mental challenges. Earning points along the way for team spirit, creativity/innovation, sportsmanship, team work, and how well they did in the games.

Now the games are back for the 2024 Giving Tuesday Campaign. Eight Silver Bay Employees signed up to participate on this years teams: Inspiration Point and Sunrise Mountain.
